- Le Rheu (10 km SW Rennes), at the INRA site called « de la Motte », where the main research installations are based :

• 4700 m² of laboratories, including 110 m² in L2 standards for biological material which require a strict confining (for security reasons);
• 1400 m² of greenhouses, including 332 m² in confined conditions;
• 400 m² of climatic chambers;
• experimental plots for field experiments;
• Plate-form for DNA typing of Ouest Génopole (lien sur site), for which BiO3P is responsible in collaboration with UMR APBV

- Rennes Atalante Champeaux Campus, where is located the Laboratory of Ecology and plant protection of Agrocampus Rennes, which has been recently modernised. It has also all the facilities for education and practical training for students.
