Docteur en éthologie depuis 2006 après une formation universitaire de biologiste, Céline Tallet a intégré l’UMR SENAH en janvier 2009. La mission de recherche de Céline Tallet porte sur les relations homme-animal et leurs conséquences pour l'adaptation du porc à ses conditions de vie. L’objectif est d’étudier les relations entre le porc et l’homme pour améliorer et contribuer à l’émergence de nouvelles pratiques et systèmes d’élevage.
