L’obésité est classée comme « fléau sanitaire » mondial par l’OMS et constitue un problème de santé publique parmi les plus graves du XXIe siècle. L’avenir apparaît d’autant plus sombre que les nouvelles générations ont une fréquence de l’obésité plus élevée que les anciennes générations à âge égal. Complexe, l’obésité est la résultante de facteurs sanitaires, psychologiques et sociologiques.
Répondre à des questionnements structurants est nécessaire pour mener à bien un combat efficace contre ce « fléau ».
